Moringa dried leaves packaging is done in our facility as per customers requirements. We offer 100 gms tea cut leaves in Tin Packaging and 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg bulk packaging in laminated corrugated boxes.

USDA Organic Certified Moringa Oleifera Dry Leaf - Manufacturing Process at Medikonda 

1. At Medikonda, Fresh Moringa Leaves aged in between 45 to 55 days are harvested from our own certified organic farms. They are then transported to the medikonda moringa processing facility which is also located within the 130 acres farm.
2. The moringa leaves are then sorted and stripped to remove unwanted leaflets and branches.
3. First the moringa leaves are hygienically washed in a treated water and then again for the second time they are washed in fresh water in completely automatic washer system.
4. The washed leaves are then auto transported in a conveyor to a fully automatic dryer and then machine dried at 45 degrees celsius for few hours. so that all the phytonutrients get retained as such.
5. The dried leaves are then automatically sieved to remove any unwanted leaflets.
6. Now, the finest quality moringa dried leaves are ready for next level value addition or consumption.

Our facility is state of art. There is no manual intervention once the moringa leaves are harvested and sorted. The process is completely automated to prevent any type of contamination.
